Océanne accepts exchanges and returns in store or by mail. Returns/refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is received in its unworn, original condition. Please be sure to provide your receipt or gift receipt at the time of return or exchange. 

We do not accept returns of discontinued or sale items.

In-store returns

In-store returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded via the original payment method or you may exchange for another item of equal value or for store credit.

Mail-in returns

Mail-in returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You will be refunded via the original payment method.

Returns after 14 days will receive store credit if the item is received in its unworn, original condition. To initiate an online return, please email info@oceanne.net and include the order number.

warranty

We are happy to repair or replace your jewelry at no cost within 90 days of purchase under these circumstances:

  • Adjust Length of Chain
  • Broken Chain
  • Add or Adjust Personalization
  • General Problem with Quality of Piece

You may drop off or pick up in-store or ship to us for repair. Repairs or replacements requested after 90 days start at $16. We will send you a quote of costs for your approval before we begin work on your piece.
