Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Because of the variety of items we carry, items can ship anywhere between 1-14 days depending on availability and customization.
international orders
Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, USPS does not provide shipping ETAs for First Class Shipping. Priority is generally estimated at 6-10 business days. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
lost or stolen packages
We do not refund, nor are we responsible for, lost or stolen packages or for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address input into our site. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the order will be resent at the cost of the purchaser.
